Something you might not know about me, is that i love to fish!
Jesus also loved to fish! That famous quote of his “give a man fish feed his family the right way, lead a man to the edge of lake and unto the wisdom of the water, for he will ensure the destiny of his people, through the winds of fire, until the seas give witness to the earth and the creature of the water, for he who shall control a thing, can be a thing”. Jesus 33 a.d.
I love that quote! It totally get’s me amped to hit the water and do battle with those slimy finned monsters!
Recently i took four of our inner city youth group members, all male, on a weekend fishing excursion into the heart of Dark Song Forest. Located on the Pilato Indian Reservation in northern California, the forest is home to many creatures, including, some say, the very controversial, “Big Foot” or “Sasquatchian Foot” as the native peoples call him.
We camped on the shore of the beautiful Snake Shadow lake. We were hoping to catch some fat silver back lake fish, that are rumored to grow twice the recorded size, only in Snake Shadow lake. All of the boys except Joshua the oldest, had never been fishing or camping, ever. What a treat for them to get to experience one of the most exciting outdoor sports, here on Gods planet earth.
On the first day, the boys and i split up. Joshua (the oldest) and I, set out on canoe into the middle of the deep dark waters of Snake Shadow Lake. We were determined to hook into a few silver backs maybe set a new undocumented record, who knows! The rest of the boys, Glen (age 10), Manuel (age nueve) and Phillip Micheal (age 7), were sent out on an adventure. I drew up a crude map of the lake using tissue paper and a piece of charcoal from the fire pit. I directed them to follow the shoreline of the lake, three miles north past the edge of the Dark Song Forest and into the territory of the Kiltok Indians, a rival tribe of the Pilato. The Kiltoks and the Pilatos had been sworn enemies for over four hundred years. The Kiltoks hated the Pilatos, so much so that during the battle of Little Long Horn in 1758 while the warriors of each tribe battled it out on the plains of Crows Otter Valley, three Kiltok warriors snuck into the Pilatos camp, and raped the women and children as they waited for the men to return. The Kiltoks vowed to never stop killing children (Pilato children) until the Pilato people gave over the land that Snake Shadow Lake is located on.
The Pilatos never gave into the threats of course, but there is still much hostility to this day between the two tribes.
I thought it would a lot of fun for the boys to fish in shallower waters in the Northern part of the lake, an area controlled by the Kiltoks. There the waters would be teeming with fish small enough and dumb enough, to be tricked by a few nervous inner city boys, who had no fishing skills.
To make a long story short Manuel died, Glen is in a coma and Phillip Micheal is still missing.
We at The Rapture Right are asking for your help in helping these boys and their families. A memorial service for Manuel will be held at our church on 7th st, in down town Glendale, Ca on the 16th of this month. Please come down and donate to his family. We’ll be having a raffle for a trip for 4, to sunny Norwalk Ca. All proceeds of the raffle will go to the “Glen Williams Open Eyes Foundation” to help find a cure for Glen’s coma. And if you’d like to join us in the search for young Phillip Micheal, please do. We have 3, 8 hour shifts available. You’ll need a valid drivers license and a flash light. Catering provided by “Ted’s of Beverly Hills Steak House”.
We desperately need your help during this horrific time. The tragedy is still fresh in my mind and Trevor’s mind. We need help getting back on track writing songs and putting on shows, to help spread the word of God and help save the lives of those who are suffering.

How could you…. YOU are a cult please shut down. you have now put me into trial and i beleive that it is only the devil that is controling you. Jesus is the son and the only way to heaven and AS FOR YOU KILLING YOURSELFS FOR GOD, JESUS SAID RIGHT BEFORE HE WAS PUT ON THE CROSS FOR OUR SINS, THAT HE WANTED US TO ” SPREAD THE GOSPEL TO EVERY CREATURE ON THE EARTH.” HOW CAN WE DO THAT IF WE KILL OURSELFS. What ever happened to people becoming educated in this world. One thing we all have to consider the rights that we have and if we decide to use them. I feel proud to live in a counrty were you can go out and don’t have to worry about someone persicuting you for your regligion and having freedom. This is a very sick point of view that most of you are coming from. I grew up in a christian house hold, I read the bible every day, and i prayed constantly that my fellow congragation was doing that same. I went to a third world country and help found a school and was part of a movement the created laws in that country where burning was not allowed in the dumps and children were not allowed to work in the dumps. I talk a lot about the dumps because that is where I went and stayed and worked with the people that were living in the dump. These people that grow up there and have no rights, they have nothing. When you come down on someone and JUDGE them or their way of life, you are trying to take away their right to regligious freedom, and the right to free speech. Those two rights are why this country became founded by religious nut jobs that had to leave their country because of religious persecution. And then those people after spending months on a boat come to the “New World” which isn’t supposed to be inhabited, Indians, or for you politically correct wierdo’s Native Americans(I’d like to take this time and say my wife is an Indian). Whose people started a persicution of their own because of a different beleif. Persiction on any level is WRONG and to do it in the name of GOD you are SICK. You are why I turned away from christianity, all of your hippocracy is disgusting. You spout off all this stuff about how people will burn in hell but the person who chooses is not St. Peter siting in front of some pearly gates. You decide either to go to hell or heaven, with your actions. God will decide who goes and who stays. He is your executioner in the end. So if you all Persucute you are damning yourselves. You say I will pray for you. You need to be more humble like Christ if that is what you want to do. You need to put more time into doing good deeds and praising YOUR GOD more than worrying about some movie that a COMEDIAN puts out. The idea that we should be able to laugh at ourselves. Jesus laughed is one of the more common phrases in the Bible next to Jesus prayed. So stop trying to look cool and be humbled, stop the persicution which you seek to end but at the same time act upon. Help the people of the world that need to be helped. I bet you anything there is a homeless person that you could buy a lunch for sitting on a corner with a cardboard sign, or even giving a kind word to. You are not hard christians, if you aren’t loving your neighbor. So start. And it’s that simple. Jesus was a groovy guy with a lot of very good ideas of how you should live your life so that the world would be a better place. He didn’t die to save you so you could drag his name in the mud next to yours. That’s like offering a drowning man water. This is long enough and I think you get my point. GOD bless you all and I will pray for your understanding of all you do is hurt people with your judgement. Besides IT’S A FUCKING MOVIE!!!

Hello, My name is Jane. I am proud to be NATIVE AMERICAN. Barry seems to think that I am his wife. I am not his wife. There is NOTHING wrong with People preffering to be reffered to as Native American. Columbus titled us as Indians because he was an absolute moron thinking that he was in India. That disgusting bastard brought more pain and hate to Native Americans than most people know. We should not honor his ignorant title that he gave. We are not Indians. We are Native Americans and the only persons that should be speaking for Native Americans are Native Americans!
Jane is right, she is not my wife, but we have talked about it alot and we have both asked each other and plan for the future. I also want to apologize for using Native Americans as an example and for offending. I was trying to convey ideas of political correctness not catogarizing a people. We had had a discussion about columbus and I didn’t understand the message she was trying to convey to me. I was upset and used a bad example. So I apologize to the Native community.
Jesus though wasn’t nice to the religous folk,like for instance the Pharisses,anyway the only and biggest reason why He was mad at them was cause they were only using God for self pleasure and for profit. To put the story short they knew better but were in it for themselves.
